Adamo returns, once again defying conventionality with Drop 01 of ‘Rhapsody’ for their Spring Summer 2022 collection.
‘Rhapsody’ is defined as a “...composition of improvisatory character.” With Memphis-inspired prints, exuberant color combinations, and an almost child-like nature, Adamo opens up a new segment of their universe. For the first time ever, they are giving us a glimpse into their take on occasionwear, and their designs prove that there are many aspects of the brand that have remained unseen and are yet to be explored.
Alluding to the current season’s transition, Adamo turned to clean lines and irregular forms to showcase their six opening looks - explicitly shedding light on the introduction of new materials and techniques.
A merging of contraction and liberation is seen in Rhapsody’s silhouettes, mostly through the use of printed silky fabrics and tight-knit mesh.
