Shipping costs:

  • Domestic shipments (Colombia): have a fixed cost of $18,000 COP.
  • International shipping: has a fixed cost of $25 USD, not including taxes or duties that may apply in the destination country.

Delivery times:

  • Domestic shipping: 3-7 business days after payment confirmation.
  • International shipping: between 7 and 15 business days, depending on the destination.

Important information:

  • PROJECT ADAMO is not responsible for delays caused by third parties (shipping companies, customs, or local authorities). If the order is returned due to an incorrect address or is unclaimed, the customer must be responsible for the return shipment. For international orders, taxes and customs charges are not included in the shipping cost and must be paid by the customer upon receipt of the package.

You can request a size or product exchange within 3 business days of receiving your order, following these conditions:

  • The garment must be unworn, in perfect condition, with tags and original packaging.
  • Product exchanges are not accepted for SALE, promotions, or items purchased with coupons.
  • Shipping of the product for exchange is at the customer's expense.
  • Exchanges are not accepted for international purchases.
