The products and services offered can only be paid for using the payment methods enabled on the site at the time of purchase, such as credit cards, debit cards, PSE, and other secure electronic payment systems.

All purchases made at www.projectadamo.com are subject to validation. The purchase agreement is considered valid once you receive order confirmation via email.

The sale is subject to inventory availability. If there is not enough stock to fulfill the order, the customer will be informed and offered a solution (exchange or refund).

PROJECT ADAMO ships to all of Colombia and several international destinations.

Shipping costs:

• National shipments (Colombia): have a fixed cost of $18,000 COP .
  
  
• International shipping: has a fixed cost of $25 USD , not including taxes or duties that may apply in the destination country.
  
  

These amounts will be automatically added to your purchase total at checkout.

Delivery times:

• Domestic shipping: 3-7 business days after payment confirmation.
  
  
• International shipping: between 7 and 15 business days , depending on the destination.
  
  

During high-volume seasons (such as launches or promotions), delivery times may be slightly extended.

Important information:

• PROJECT ADAMO is not responsible for delays caused by third parties (shipping companies, customs or local authorities).
  
  
• If the order is returned due to an incorrect address or is unclaimed, the customer must pay for the new shipment.
  
  
• For international orders, taxes and customs charges are not included in the shipping cost and must be paid by the customer upon receipt of the package.

At PROJECT ADAMO we do not offer refunds.

You can request a size or product change within 3 business days of receiving your order , following these conditions:

– The garment must be unworn, in perfect condition, with tags and original packaging.
– Product exchanges are not accepted for SALE, promotions, or items purchased with coupons.
– Shipping of the product for exchange is at the customer’s expense.
– Exchanges are not accepted for international purchases.

Process to request a change:
Write to info@projectadamo.com indicating:
– Order number
– Item you want to exchange
– Reference and desired size

Once we receive the product and verify its condition, we will proceed with the exchange.

Some items are available as pre-orders , meaning they are made to order or shipped subject to availability.

The estimated delivery time for these pieces is 15 to 20 business days from payment confirmation, or the specific date indicated at the time of purchase.

Please note that pre-order items cannot be exchanged or returned.

Items purchased with discounts, coupons, or during promotions cannot be exchanged or returned.

Coupons are for single use only and cannot be combined. They are only applicable to regular-priced products, unless otherwise indicated.
